The Board of Auditors, elected every three years by the Assembly, has the task of carrying out the necessary checks on the accounts and certifies the correctness of the financial statements.

The Board of Arbitrators, elected every three years by the Assembly, has the task of ensuring compliance with the statutory provisions and of providing for the amicable settlement of disputes between the consortium members and the consortium administration.
