The Statute

The operation of the Consortium is governed by a statute that was drawn up during 1968 and annexed to the memorandum of association of 22 December 1968.

It was approved in its final form during the Assembly of 7 March 1979.

The Consortium approved a new version of its statute during the extraordinary assembly of 25 January 2005. Some novelties introduced by the legislation concerning non-profit organisations and, above all, some requirements imposed by the development of the membership structure and the widening of the scope of the organisation's operations required the partial modification of the original text.

The new text approved by the President of the Region on 30 March 2005 (no. decree 79/ Pres.) was published in the Official Bulletin of the Region no. 15 of 13 April 2005.
