Azienda Eugenio Collavini Viticoltori

The village of Corno di Rosazzo is nestled in a beautiful area of gentle rolling hills. A couple of restaurants which serve delicious typical Friulian food are the Al Buco restaurant in Quattro Venti near Dolegnano and La Subida in Cormons which also has rooms if you want to stay overnight. Hotel accommodation can be found in San Giovanni al Natisone (Il Campanello) or in Cividale del Friuli. Corno di Rosazzo can be reached by public coach service.
The Collavini winery has been making wine for four generations, and has been a point of reference in Friulian wine-making history. Eugenio, the founder, began producing wine in 1896; from that time on the Collavini winery has always produced wines meeting rigorous standards of quality and classification.
In the 70s the winery leapt forward with the innovative outlook, intuitiveness and far-sightedness of its current owner, Manlio. A personal and original research directed especially to the spumante sector produced the inimitably elegant Palazzo Zucco Spumante, using specially-developed Ribolla Gialla grapes. The prestige of the winery increased with the acquisition of the legendary fortified Zucco palace in Gramogliano. Currently the prestigious Collavini wines are represented in elite restaurants around the world and wine shops; a proud symbol of Friulian culture, tradition and perseverance.
